      I was diagnosed with arthritis in both knees three years ago. My doctor was so surprise for someone my age to have it so bad ( I was in my late thirties then).       I was worried that the scent might be unpleasant or weird, but I was really happy to find that it smells like a light version of a favorite tanning product I used to use. It is light and fresh smelling, and my husband even likes the way it smells (and he is not a fan of coconut). There are multiple oil ingredients in the lotion, but it is non-greasy and goes on smoothly. The tube states that you only need a little bit, and that is so true — a very small dot of the cream is all I need on each knee, and I have also been using it on my wrists and forearms. It has made my skin smoother and softer, which is an extra benefit.
